LG Sport Management (LGSM) is a full-services sports agency based in Luxembourg where the European Volley-ball Confederation (CEV) Office is located. We are committed to provide professional and amateur athletes and sports clubs with effective representation, offering our clients reliable and dependable services to meet their individual needs. We will negotiate with utmost integrity the best conditions for our clients in the following areas: playing contract negotiations, national and international transfer processes, as well as seek out the best marketing, promotional and advertising opportunities for our clients. The interest of our clients will be paramount at all times and all transactions will be treated with utmost transparency.
We will strive to find our clients positions where they can succeed but yet be challenged, in order to bring out their very best and further their professional development and career. We will seek the best playing environment for them, committing to placing them in the most advantageous – financial and geographical - locations possible. Our goal is not only to find them the best team/club possible or to negotiate their contract on the best terms. We will be available every day to answer any questions regarding their contract and their future.
Once a client has communicated his/her qualifications and credentials to us, we will help develop his/her full career potential, as well as promote his/her public image. As a first step, we propose to use our website where our clients will be able to submit their personal information, which we will then put together in a press kit. We will also make available online links to the client’s best video and other relevant materials.

LGSM's mission is to represent, advice and counsel you in all business affairs related to your status as a professional volleyball player or coach.
By choosing us to represent you, you can be sure that we'll use all reasonable efforts to:
- obtain a contract when you are in out-of-contract status
- assist you with the transfer or loan from one Club to another
- negotiate any renewal contract between you and a Club
Depending on the type of contract you choose, our services may include:
- introducing you to appropriate professional volleyball clubs and soliciting contract offers;
- evaluating the contract offers made from Clubs and providing you specialised advice to help you make the best choice;
- assuring your effective representation in individual contract negotiations with the Clubs;
- facilitating the administrative tasks (drawing up the contract, obtaining from national federations any approvals that may be required, e.g. the transfer documents);
- promoting your Athlete profile on LGSM official site - www.lgsm.eu;
- promoting your Athlete profile through mass media (e.g. specialized sites, newspapers and magazines, events adds)
- building your Athlete image to become a brand;
- soliciting and negociating athletic endorsement agreements (sponsorships and other marketing opportunities) on your behalf.
